Radisson Blu Hotel, Hamburg

Modern and gorgeous place, I greatly enjoyed to be here.

Marvellous location and overall the staff was really friendly. The restaurant was good at the breakfast buffet here, I had hot dishes...

The rooms are reasonably sized and they have a work desk, coffee/tea making facilities and television. Terrific service, the breakfast is wonderful and perfect. Also, it has free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The location was great and the room very comfortable and very silent even though is close to the train station.

Breakfast not very good served. We had to share table with another costumer because there were not clean tables.

My stay really stood out thanks to the amazing views from my room and the really good breakfast that fueled my city explorations each morning, and since I love walking through cities, being so close to Planten un Blomen park and the Jungfernstieg waterfront for evening strolls was perfect.

The room size was genuinely excellent, providing ample space to relax. The breakfast offered a generous selection that catered to various tastes, ensuring everyone in our group was satisfied.

The noise from neighboring rooms disrupted our peace at times.

I have stayed at Radisson Blu Hotel, Hamburg for one day which I have regret (such great hotel & great friendly staff) , but in future I will make sure to stay there more days.

Nice view, newly renovated, very, very clean rooms. Breakfast expensive, but fantastic and well worth it.

If you need reliable internet - do not go there. 1) You login with your room number and name. When their provider can´t make a connection to the reservation system, you get a message "nobody booked into that room". There's no backup like vouchers from the reception 2) While they say "internet is free for guests", it's limited to 2 computers ("to be used at the same time" but that's a lie too as your computer's wireless id blocks access for 12 hours). My wife and I each brought a laptop and in addition an iPhone. Because we used my wife's laptop and the iPhone 1st, I couldn't connect with my laptop, even if I turned the iPhone off. Solution for both cases: buy access for 19 euro/day or 7.50 per hour.

The staff so friendly and take the time to solve all our questions and requirements, the location very central just in front of the train station, I require a room with a view over the lake, and that was amazing!!!!!!!!! thanks to all this specail treatment I enjoy so much my visit to Hamburg.

Excellent hotel, spacious rooms, beautiful view, good beds, good location close to S / U bahn (metro / train). Great park just around the corner. For business as well as city trip a very good option

Trader vicks was a bit overpriced.

I loved the mattress on the bed and the bedding. The location to the S Bahn was fantastic and made getting around in the city very easy. The location was the main reason I picked this hotel and it delivered!! The staff were very friendly and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a room on the 27th floor - the top floor of the hotel - the view was great! Staff was very nice and helpful, location is great, room very clean. And a free internet connection available in the hotel

Modern stylish hotel with great views and 5 min walk to centre.

Central location meant there was constant train and traffic noise but this can't really be avoided.

Breakfast was good, despite many people having breakfast at the same time it all went smoothly. They where very well organized.

The room was not cleaned before 1800 in the evening
